Orders placed before 2pm AEST (business days) we aim to have delivered between 2-5 working days for most areas. Please note, Christmas period, freight disruptions and public holidays can impact delivery times.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm AEST (working days only) same day. If your order is placed after 2pm AEST, we aim to dispatch the following working day. Please note that this excludes Friday’s, Weekends, National / State/ Region Public Holidays.
We use Australia Post for our deliveries. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please contact us if your order has not has not been received within the recommended time frame. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your work place.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Once your item has been shipped it becomes your responsibility. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
