Jungle Surf Refund Policy

Defective or faulty items

If an item is defective or faulty, it will be dealt with as per the manufacturers warranty. 

If you receive a faulty item, email us at admin@junglesurf.com.au

Please include, name, order number, photos and details of the fault. We will try our best to organise a repair, replacement or refund as soon as possible, based on the assessment from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, a refund or replacement will be processed promptly.  

 

Change of mind

 For all items, we offer a 14 day exchange (from date of delivery).  This applies to all items whether they are sale, full price or clearance items. Please email us at admin@junglesurf.com.au or contact during business hours (02) 6555 8556 to exchange your product for a different size or a different product. We will do our best to help you out with getting your correct size but our stock is sometimes limited and we might not have the item that you are wishing to swap for. In case we dont have the item in stock you’re wishing to swap for, we can offer an online or instore credit.

 

14 days exchange period

The 14 day exchange period commences on the date of delivery. Please contact ASAP via the above email to commence the exchange process. We reserve the right to not assist with enquiries outside that period. 

 

Shipping of exchanges

 All shipping is at the buyers expense. Please include a pre-paid Australia Post satchel so that we can return the product to you.  

 

Condition of goods

 All goods must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear and tear. Item should not show signs of being ironed or washed etc. 

Swimwear must be tried on wearing underwear. It will not be accepted if returned with hygiene strip moved or altered. All tags should still be attached, item not worn, no wear or tear and no signs of being ironed or washed. All sets must be returned in a set.

 

Gift cards

 All gift cards are final purchases and cannot be returned. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

 

Promotional items

If you have received a free or discounted promotional item with your order and your return disqualifies you from that promotion, you must return the promotional item or pay full RRP on that item should you wish to keep it. ** This also applies to free shipping **

 

Refund

 Should a refund occur for whatever reason (except faulty goods) a $10 flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling. 

 All money will be made in the same tender as the original sale. All afterpay and zippay purchases will occur an additional $5 handling fee.

 

Bulky items 

 Bulky items are eligible for an exchange only (unless faulty). All associated costs for shipping to and from are at the purchasers expense. (They are not eligible for a flat rate). All items must be returned in original packaging with no signs of damage or wear or tear. Damaged packaging, worn or used items will deem an item ineligible for an exchange.  **Jungle Surf will not ship boards at any time and they are not eligible for exchange or refund unless faulty. **

 

Sale items 

 ALL SALE ITEMS are final sales. They are eligible for exchange only or an online or instore credit note. No refunds unless faulty. Please be aware that these products are probably end of line and you may not be able to exchange for a different size. However, credit notes can be used on any products. All items MUST be returned within 14 days of delivery date. All shipping is at the purchasers cost for original and return items.

We recommend sending items with registered post or postal insurance. We hold no responsibility for lost items.

 We will contact you upon return of your item and notify you of the return item being dispatched from store.
