Jungle Surf Shipping

 

Shipping Costs


Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100 (excluding bulking items) in one transaction store-wide to anywhere in Australia, otherwise there is a $10 shipping charge for all other orders. Domestic (Australia Post) standard shipping available only, some bulky items via Aramex.

Bulky Items:

  • $25 (per item) : Skateboards/Scooters/Travel and Carry Bags/Surfboard Racks/Beach Chairs
  • $70 (per item) : SUP paddles/Umbrellas 

 

We DO NOT SHIP - Surfboards, Stand Up Paddle Boards and Soft Surfboards. 


We DO NOT SHIP internationally. All products are Australia wide only. 


We reserve the right to not deliver items to remote locations or request further shipping to these areas should they be cost prohibitive.


How it works?


We ship all orders received by 2pm AEST will be processed and shipped that day. This excludes all weekends and public holidays. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information upon dispatch from store. 


How long does it take?


We use Australia Post and we are guided by the time frames for delivery provided by Australia Post. These times/dates may be affected by weather, busy periods like Christmas, freight disruptions and public holidays.


Authority to Leave


Should you think that the package shouldn't be delivered to your premises with no one home we recommend that you choose no Authority to Leave and that in the circumstances, you are not home, the package will be taken to a Post Office for retrieval. Or alternatively, using a PO box or parcel locker for the safety of an item. 


Wrong delivery address


Please check that you have entered the correct address for delivery. We are not responsible for non delivered packages or packages delivered to the wrong address. 


Packages returned to Jungle Surf


Should a package be returned to Jungle Surf due to non collection from a post office or unable to be delivered, we are not responsible for that item. Any further postage back will be at the purchasers expense. 


Not Received


If you have not received your package, please contact in business hours (02) 6555 8556 or admin@junglesurf.com.au so that we can assist. 


Damaged items


Once your product has been shipped it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with Australia Post.
