How to Use:

• Before swimming
• Apply Pre-Swim to dry or damp hair at least 10 minutes before swimming.
• For best results, apply 1–5 hours before (the longer, the better).
• After swimming
• Towel-dry hair thoroughly and reapply a smaller amount.
• At home
• Rinse hair in the shower. You don’t have to shampoo and condition, as your hair has been protected, shampoo only if desired.
• If you want to completely remove the residue and return hair to a non-silky feel, simply shampoo hair.
