How Do I become a Jungle Surf VIP Rewards Member?
Simply register as a Jungle Surf customer on our website and you will be enrolled in our club. You may also join by using the ‘Check Rewards’ loyalty program widget on the bottom of your screen.
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every $20 spent in-store or online*. Each time you make a purchase, you will receive an email with your current loyalty point balance. Use your loyalty points to get rewards or save them up to get even better ones. *Points aren’t earnt on sale items.
To earn points for online purchases, you have to be logged in to your account (won’t work on guest accounts).
Signed up and haven’t gotten your discount code?
Receiving codes can occasionally be delayed by 30-60 minutes. Please make sure you provided the correct email address and check your spam folder, as our emails may occasionally end up there! If it has been more than 60 minutes and you have checked your spam mailbox, please contact us at admin@junglesurf.com.au using the email address you used to sign up for our loyalty program.
TIP: if you have previously signed up instore, did you give us an email? or are you using that same email address provided, to lookup your account and rewards?
How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and points at any moment by clicking ‘Check Rewards’ on our website’s loyalty widget. Every time you shop online and make a purchase, make sure you’re logged in and you’ll get an email with your current loyalty point balance. You may access your loyalty profile from “Check Rewards”, where you can redeem rewards.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you can exchange them for an exclusive reward coupon. Simply choose an amount from the pre-selected rewards and click REDEEM. You can redeem your reward coupon at CART. Simply enter your unique code into the Coupon field and press the ‘Apply Coupon’ button. Please keep in mind that you can only use one coupon code per order. If you want to spend your reward in-store, simply notify a member of our staff at the counter.
How do I redeem a Birthday Voucher?
You will receive a special Happy Birthday email. Redeem your code and use either online at CART or if shopping in store, make sure to redeem your code before shopping, that way our staff can access your code in store from your profile.
Terms and Conditions
• Jungle Surf maintains the right to change or delete coupons at any moment, and coupons can only be used once.
• If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase that is less than the entire amount of the coupon, the remaining balance of the coupon is ineligible for redemption on another purchase.
• If you return any coupon-purchased items, the coupon discount or value may be deducted from your return credit. Any points gained from your purchase will be automatically deducted if you return an item and are reimbursed or partially refunded.
